Over 16 years ago, I started Hartsfield Roofing with one clear mission: to deliver quality roofing solutions with honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service. I'm a fifth-generation local with deep roots in my community. I have built this company to be known for standing behind its work and treating every customer like a neighbor. Whether it's a small repair or a full roof replacement, I believe in doing the job right the first time, and making sure every client feels confident and cared for throughout the process.

I have had the pleasure of watching Hartsfield Roofing grow from the very beginning. My goal as the Repair Coordinator is to ensure that all repair requests are handled efficiently, customer concerns are addressed, and work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards. On my downtime, I enjoy being with my husband and two girls.

I've worked for Hartsfield Roofing for years. I manage the day-to-day operations and provide support to the staff and management. As the bookkeeper, I maintain the financial aspects of the company and employees. I was born and raised in Havana, Fl and graduated from Godby High School. My husband and I are blessed with 5 wonderful children. We enjoy spending time on our farm, alongside our fur and feathered babies.

As the Repair Supervisor for Hartsfield Roofing it is my responsibility to oversee the repair operations within the company. I manage my team of technicians, track the progress of repair projects and ensure quality standards are met. I value customer service and enjoy giving honest feedback and details to my customers on the steps taken to make sure their roof is up to standards.

I have been with Hartsfield Roofing for 11 years. My job is to ensure that all roofing projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to the specified requirements. I oversee the roofing crew, making sure that each member is performing their tasks correctly and safely. You will see me on the job site often and I will be your point of contact to make sure everyone is informed about the progress of the roof.

I am a Tallahassee native, 3rd generation Floridian. My position as Customer Service Manager/Logistics Coordinator at Hartsfield Roofing for the past 6 years has allowed me the opportunity to work closely with all of our customers from start to completion. On my time off I enjoy spending time with my children and granddaughter. I look forward to many more years with my Hartsfield Roofing family.

As Sales Manager for Hartsfield Roofing for the past seven years, I enjoy meeting and working with our customers to meet their goals on installing their new roof. My experience in construction is an asset when dealing with complex issues on the job site. It is my pleasure to serve our growing community in the areas I grew up in.

Jon Hoeppner has been with Hartsfield Roofing since 2018. He's got over 12 years of experience roofing and is currently working on getting his General Contractors license. In Tallahassee, he headed our commercial, metal, flat, and repair roofing divisions. He recently moved to Crawfordville, Florida and has really fallen in love with the area. One of Hartsfield Roofing's core values is community service. We take pride in being active members in the communities where we provide services. Jon is excited to help Hartsfield Roofing expand to his local community by heading our new Coastal Division.
